What You’ll Do

• Improve and optimize predictive AI/ML models for investment strategies
• Lead development of new strategies and track performance
• ​Evaluate new investment opportunities and prepare investment committee memos
• Collaborate cross-functionally with capital partners, engineering, and leadership to support execution
• Contribute to production Python codebases across research and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative research in financial services
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, with strong programming experience
• Strong Python skills; experience in building and maintaining high-quality production codebases
• Experience with predictive modeling, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation
• ​Bonus: Experience with financial math, fixed income, or structured credit
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate and explain concepts clearly
• Comfortable operating independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Compensation: Base salary of $150,000 – $250,000 USD with eligibility for a performance-based bonus
