Executive Assistant + HR Manager

Fast growing financial technology company in search of an organized, motivated, and independent Executive
Assistant/HR Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit
looking to have an impact on a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage all employee benefits and payroll
  • Coordinate travel for growing team- conferences, meetings, team building trips etc.
  • Help coordinate internal employee review process
  • Coordinate recruiting processes
  • Help support and encourage employee wellness
  • Help build team culture- creatively promote a team culture in a remote work environment by helping track and highlight important firm and employee achievements
  • Work on operations/special projects as needed
  • Be proactive and flexible in helping with the needs of a growing business

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to problem-solve and tackle projects/situations as they arise
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Discrete. Has the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to help in various areas of the business
