What You’ll Do
- Manage AWS infrastructure: own ECS, Fargate, EC2, S3, Lambda, and Batch environments
- Secure & automate identity: manage IAM, user permissions, SSO, and Secrets Manager
- Optimize deployments: accelerate API deployment cycles
- Architect microservices: design and scale containerized architectures for financial services
- Own observability: manage Sentry.io and lead future implementations with software tools such as Datadog
- Support Data Ops: setup and maintain Snowflake and Grafana dashboards
- Collaborate: partner with researchers to deploy SageMaker and orchestration tools like Dagster/Airflow
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with a heavy focus on AWS
- Expert Linux skills and strong Python proficiency in production
- Security mindset: proven experience with IAM, SSO, and secret management
- Architecture background: knowledge of microservices and container orchestration
- Outcome driven: comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
- Technical pluses: experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Grafana, or Dagster/Airflow
